At Foreningen Rock´In House, we sell tickets for our own events and facilitate ticket sales for events organized by external organizers such as Musikkolding, Jazz6000, etc. The ticket will indicate who the organizer of each event is.
In cases where an event is organized by an external organizer, only the external organizer is responsible for the event’s execution and content, and we cannot be held liable if the event is not held, for example, due to the external organizer's bankruptcy, or for the event’s content.
These sales and delivery terms include the conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets and gift cards. Special terms for each event may also be found at www.godset.net.
When you make a purchase through our online ticket sales, you accept our sales and delivery terms. If you do not accept the sales and delivery terms, you should not make a purchase.
Tickets can be purchased as digital tickets. A ticket must be brought and scanned by our staff at the entrance to gain access to the event. Digital tickets can be presented in printed form or shown on a smartphone.
A ticket grants access for one person to the event for which the ticket was purchased. The date and time of the event are indicated on the ticket and during the sales process. For events with numbered seating, the ticket's seat number will be indicated on your ticket and during the sales process.
If you have lost your ticket before an event, you should check your email for a digital copy. If you cannot find it, you must contact us well in advance of the event.
Tickets can be transferred unless the ticket indicates that it is personal and therefore cannot be transferred. Tickets must not be resold at a higher price than the original ticket price, according to the Act on the Resale of Tickets to Cultural and Sporting Events § 1.
Tickets must not be offered in competitions, sold, or otherwise transferred in connection with commercial activities without our permission.
Tickets must not be copied or otherwise used multiple times. The organizer is not responsible for the validity of tickets not purchased through our ticketing system.
We recommend purchasing tickets through Godsets' website or via a sales link with our URL to ensure the validity and price of the tickets and to give us the best opportunity to keep you informed about any changes or cancellations of events.
Companion Ticket
The scheme means that guests with disabilities must pay for their ticket on par with other guests but can obtain one free companion ticket when purchasing their own ticket by showing a valid companion card from the Disabled People's Organizations' User Service. The companion card must be shown at the door.
We may have limitations on the number of seats for seated concerts due to space constraints.
For questions, you can also contact us via email at godsetnet@kolding.dk or phone: 79 79 10 60.
There is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases according to the Consumer Contracts Act § 18 section 2 no. 4 and 12, and you cannot get a refund for tickets or exchange tickets for another event.
Gift cards can only be used for purchasing tickets online. The remaining balance on gift cards can be used for future purchases. Gift cards can be redeemed within one year from the date of issue.
Our gift cards are bearer instruments and should therefore be treated as cash. The person using one of our gift cards can use it to purchase tickets. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
The holder can get a refund for unused gift cards up to one year after the expiry date.
If you wish to redeem the remaining balance on a gift card or if you have changed your mind about a gift card purchase made on our website within the withdrawal period, you must contact us via email at godsetnet@kolding.dk.
You pay for your purchases immediately upon ordering. Your purchase is binding once we have received and registered the payment. Communication regarding electronic payment is encrypted. Information regarding your payment card is sent directly to the card acquirer (Nets).
After making a purchase, we encourage you to check whether the amount charged to your bank account is correct, especially if there is any doubt whether a purchase has been completed, for example, if an error message appears during the purchase on our website before the receipt page.
We deliver digital tickets and gift cards to the email address provided during the purchase process.
If you have not received a confirmation email or the tickets within 24 hours after making the purchase, you must contact us. Before contacting us, please check if the confirmation email or your tickets are in your spam folder.
When you receive your tickets/gift card, we encourage you to check that the tickets/gift card contain the correct information. If the information does not match the purchased items, you must contact us at godsetnet@kolding.dk.
The rules of the Purchase Act regarding defects apply to the purchases you make with us.
We charge a ticket fee of 20 DKK per ticket. We do not charge a fee for issuing gift cards.
In certain cases, it may be necessary for us or an external organizer to change an event after tickets for the event have gone on sale. For example, we may need to change:
· the content of an event
· the event's repertoire (actors, musicians, etc.)
· the date or time of an event
· the seats the tickets grant access to, including changing from standing to seated places
· whether there should be a break during the event, and/or
· the practical conditions for the event’s execution.
We reserve the right to make changes to our events without such changes constituting a breach of our obligations, defects in the event, or cancellation of the event. We are not obligated to notify you of changes to an event before the event starts, and changes can be made up until the start or, in some cases, during the event.
If we need to change the date or time of an event, you will be notified via the email used at the time of purchase.
”In case the concert is significantly changed or moved, and I am offered the possibility to get a refund for the tickets as a result, I accept that I must request a refund no later than 14 days after the email offering the refund is sent to the email address used at the time of purchase.*
If I do not respond within this period, it is considered acceptance of the change, and I lose the right to claim a refund after this period.”*
If we or an external organizer are unable to hold an event, the event will be canceled. Cancellations may occur up to the start of the event. Cancellations may occur due to illness or technical issues, for example.
In the event of a cancellation of an event we have organized, we will refund the ticket price to you. However, tickets will not be refunded if the cancellation is due to force majeure, or if the cancellation is made to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, and we assess that safety cannot be adequately ensured in any other way than by cancellation.
If an event can only be held with a limited audience, the event will be canceled for the remaining guests, who will have their ticket price refunded.
We do not refund tickets for events organized by an external organizer (as this is the responsibility of the external organizer).
We reserve the right to cancel issued tickets if the ticket was issued due to an error or the ticket later becomes invalid, for example, due to the cancellation of the event or replacement of a lost ticket.
To provide the best service in connection with ticket purchases and events, we communicate digitally via email and SMS. Therefore, we recommend that you update your user profile with us or alternatively contact us if you change your email address or phone number between the time of ticket purchase and the event so that we can keep you updated about the event.
We will do our best to contact you and inform you about any changes or cancellations. However, there may be situations where we cannot contact all guests for an event. As you are responsible for keeping yourself informed about the timing of an event or whether the event has been canceled, we recommend that you visit the event page on Godsets’ website www.godset.net or the external organizers’ websites regularly and on the day of the event.
We do not accept liability for any indirect loss you may incur in connection with our changing the date or time of an event or in connection with the cancellation of an event. We are therefore not responsible for, for example, travel or accommodation expenses you may have incurred in connection with the event.
The external organizer alone is responsible for the events they hold, and we have no liability to ticket buyers regarding an external organizer's restructuring, cessation of payments, bankruptcy, or cancellation of events. We also have no liability for other defects or any complaints regarding an event or printed programs or merchandise you have purchased from an external organizer.
We reserve the right for any errors in information about our events in our printed programs and on our website, as well as for events being sold out without this being indicated on our website.
If you have any questions or complaints regarding our events, or events organized by external organizers, please contact us at mail: godsetnet@kolding.dk or by phone: 79 79 10 60.
If you are a consumer and we are unable to resolve a complaint, you can submit a written complaint to the Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution/Consumer Complaints Board, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can submit the complaint via the Complaint Portal for the House of Boards at www.forbrug.dk.
